Hunger Games Event Information for FRIDAY, MARCH 23RD

Hello all!
First, THANK YOU so much for purchasing tickets to the Hunger Games Private Screening. We've said it before, but we really can't do this stuff without you! It's our pleasure to provide you with a stress free evening and great entertainment.

The movie has a scheduled start time of 7:30pm at Harkins Tempe Marketplace. Tickets will be available for pickup starting at 6pm to 7pm in front of the theater. It is very important that you give the name the tickets were purchased under, as this is how we will have them divided. Each envelope will have your tickets and a copy of the seating chart so that you can easily find your seats.

The theater will not be available to you until 7pm. Please arrive in plenty of time to acquire your tickets, find your seats and purchase any treats you desire from the concession stand.

Once again, thank you for all your help in making the evening a success and we look forward to seeing you on Friday night!!

P.S. In case you haven't already heard, the first trailer for the second half of Breaking Dawn will premiere before the start of Hunger Games! Yay! November seems so far away....sigh... :)

We're back!

We have secured a theater at Harkins Tempe Market Place for Friday, March 23rd with a start time of 7:30pm.  We will have 202 seats available for a seating price of $15+$1 for paypal= $16 per ticket.  This will enable us to block off the bottom 3 rows so no one has a bad seat and assign you your seat.  It will not however allow us to do a raffle for this movie.   

We will put the tickets on sale Friday, March 2nd at Midnight.  Tickets and seats will be first come first serve.  We ask that you collect your ENTIRE party before making a ticket purchase under one name.  This will ensure your party stays together.  If tickets are not purchased under one name, we can not gaurantee that your party will be seated together.  No seats will be held without purchase, there will not be any exceptions.
